SHIPPING
We ship all our items with DHL. If you place your order before 16.00 (gmt+1) your shippment  will be sent the same day. If you live outside the EU the shipping time will take two days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. The shipping costs depend on your delivery country and are as illustrated below. If your order exceeds a specific amount we are happy to be able to offer you free delivery.

PRICING AND CURRENCY
The price and currency of an item will vary depending on the country it is being shipped to.
In order to ensure the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed while browsing our site.
Select your country at the top of any Les Market webpage and the prices and currency will adjust accordingly.

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. All other credit cards, including American Express can be used at checkout via Paypal. Please note only one (1) form of payment method may be used on a single order.
You can also call to our physical store to place your order over the phone with one of our Customer Care agents. Please note that while checkout online allows you to place your order via PayPal, phone orders may only be placed using Visa or MasterCard.

PAYMENT ERROR TROUBLESHOOTING
If you are attempting to checkout and receive the following error message ‘transaction cannot be processed’ please contact your bank in order for them to authorize the transaction.
If the error message states ‘transaction cannot be processed, contact customer care’ please contact us , and we will be able to further assist you.

CHARGING YOUR CARD
Once your order has been placed, the necessary funds are held under form of pre-authorization. This is not an actual charge. The pre-authorization ensures that sufficient funds will be available to carry out the transaction.
Once your order has been shipped, your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order.
If your order is unfortunately cancelled, Les Market will release the pre-authorization immediately. Please note that it may take your bank additional time to process the funds back to your account.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
All information shared with us when placing an order is confidential. We use secure systems in order to insure that details pertaining to your accounts remain private. We do not store any creditcard details on our behaf. For more information on our secure network please visit our legal section.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Are you a customer resident in EU you have the right to return your order according to the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000.

MAKE A RETURN
In order to request a return you will firstly have to fill out our returns form online and thereafter print out a copy and send it back to us together with the items you would like to return. Observe that the returns form has to be filled out within 14 days of receiving the order. When filling out the return form you will be asked how you would like to be credited for your refund. This request must match the payment method you used when placing your order. You are responsible for the items until we receive them at our warehouse. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under duty to take reasonable care of the goods. We can also offer return shipping but then we will charge you for the cost (see cost above under shipping).

REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. The refund will reimburse shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the EU Distance Selling Regulations. Orders that do not meet either of these criteria will not be refunded for shipping costs. Has your order been delivered to an address within the EU, the sales taxes will be refunded. If your delivery address does not meet this criterion, we can neither refund the customs duties nor the sales taxes. To request a refund for these expenses Les Market recommend you to contact your local customs bureau. Please be aware of that the refund processes depend on the credit card issuers. The completions of transactions may take up to 10 business days. We hope you have patience and are sorry that we do not have the power to influence this.

ITEM CONDITION
Items should be returned unused and with all Les Market and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Please email [email protected] if any of your purchases have been delivered without Les Market tags. You will have to have fille out the return form for all items before you send it back to us in order to simplify the identification process. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
