Has Coronavirus (COVID-19) impacted processing time?

Most LES MARKET orders are being shipped within 1-2 working days. Our distribution is currently operating with reduced staff, strict hygiene protocols, and exhaustive ongoing sanitation to keep our clients, employees, and communities safe. For this reason, some orders may be subject to processing delays. Note that our customer care team cannot prioritize any individual order. LES MARKET is monitoring the situation closely and is quickly adapting and complying to all guidelines provided by public health officials.

Are you still shipping to my country?

Transit to the United States, Canada, and most of the world has continued, though additional delays are expected in some regions. LES MARKET is closely monitoring our shipping partners' updates, and is adjusting our courier selection to ensure orders are delivered within the best time frame possible. However, the global situation is changing daily. Take note of your local regulations and keep them in mind when shopping online.

I cannot complete a return due to local social distancing or quarantine regulations.

We understand that you may not be able to arrange a return as a result of your local public health regulations. In such cases, LES MARKET will be flexible in accepting late returns: the period in which a return may be requested will be extended to 30 calendar days from receipt of an item by the client, and the shipping period within which the item is expected to arrive at the LES MARET distribution center will be extended to 15 calendar days upon dispatch by the client.
